Her career bridges advisory, consulting, and corporate leadership across the U.S. and Europe. Nancy has advised business owners, family offices, and multinational corporations on how to scale intelligently—aligning capital, capability, and culture for sustainable outcomes.

Her professional background includes market research, insights, and growth strategy for globally recognized organizations.  She led change management initiatives for clients including Microsoft, the U.S. Department of Defence, and Miami Cancer Institute.

Previously, at an ad agency, she contributed strategic insights for Procter & Gamble’s beauty brands, supporting its Global eBusiness division. Earlier in her career, as Consumer Products Industry Manager at Kline & Company, she led multicultural teams developing strategies for Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Estée Lauder, and L’Oréal.
