● Technology and energy storage solutions enabling or facilitating net-energy buildings and housing
● Alternatives to cement and other building/construction material traditionally known
to be part of high-polluting industries
● Sustainable agriculture, including solutions that address water scarcity, improved
production, use of organic products
● Solutions centred around improved access to basic services, including healthcare

- AR: Minimum 1M, preference over 5M in annual revenue.
- Healthy profit margins, minimum over 15%.
- Preference of larger capital raise ticket sizes (over 10M).

- Founded over 5 years ago, the longer the track record, the better.
- Strong management & operational teams, capacity to scale.
- Promising pipeline, market positioning for growth opportunities.
- Projects that facilitate South-South Cooperation, circular economy, ethical sourcing, empowerment of local communities.
